I see your potential
My job is to help you realize it.
Since Day 1, my mission has been to help people achieve their dreams. Decades later, with plenty of rewarding experiences, my mission is still the same — and I’m here to help your people achieve theirs.
My clients dream (really) big
I get to coach all kinds of elite performers. Canadian superstars like Tessa Virtue, Scott Moir, Mikaël Kingsbury, Max Parrot, Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, and Damian Warner, to name a few. Cirque Du Soleil artists. NHL players. Surgeons. Police enforcers. Poker players. TV celebrities. Corporate executives. Popstars. I’ve helped them all to perform at their best under big-time stress. Sure, they come from different fields, but they all have one thing in common: The desire to excel. And that’s where I come in.
My role is to help (even the best) performers manage pressure moments with confidence and enthusiasm.

Lessons from the best of the best
I know the ins-and-outs of human psychology and how it applies to performance. I built a career helping top performers thrive in pressure-cooker environments. So, yes, I get it, (well, I’ve lived it). It’s competitive out there. And I can tell you, your workplace is no different. The pressure to perform is universal. And I am here to show you how to unleash true potential in a way that’s simple, concrete, and practical.
My work is about helping you act on your goals with purpose, precision, and positive mindset.
Results rooted in sport
Since I was a child, I played competitive sports. And I played to win. (I still do). Back then, I had no idea how sport would shape my personality and the desire to succeed in life. And growing up in a small, rural town helped me realize the importance of having big dreams. It was my obsession for elite sport which led to a Bachelors’ degree in human kinetics and Masters’ and PhD studies in sport psychology. Through it all, it became clear that a great performance in any field requires mental toughness, and my work became my passion; coaching people like you to evolve and to excel.
The link between sport and business is undeniable — especially when it comes to winning.
Exponential growth at the circus
Early in my career, I left my doctorate program to run away with the circus — joining the world-famous entertainment company Cirque Du Soleil. For five years I coached some of the world’s best specialty artists (acrobats, jugglers, fire spitters, musicians, even clowns!), helping them deal with the pressure to perform at their best, on demand, up to 450 times a year. Looking back, I learned a huge amount at Cirque Du Soleil. Coaching. Facilitating workshops. Designing training programs. Collaborating with so many experts in their field. It was ideal preparation for working with all kinds of diverse, elite performers. So, I used these lessons to build my own business, Kambio Performance Inc., and specialize in mental training and leadership coaching with one goal in mind: to help people achieve their dreams.
Being great at managing pressure and stress is a simple balancing act.
